- Three teams play 1v1, they all play in the same area and can score by dribbling through one of the three goals
- They can score from both sides
- Players can't score on the same goal twice
- The other 6 players can rest and play as a neutral player

- After 1-2 minutes players swap roles
- Encourage players to use all three goals
- Encourage players to also use the neutral players
