Divide the players in 3 teams, 2 goalkeepers and 4 neutral wingers

- The neutral wingers are delivering the crosses from the side into the box
- The attacking team tries to score, the defending team try to keep the ball away
- After the defending become the attacking team and the former attacking team stays
- The new attacking team will receive a cross from the other side
- After the other defending team will also become attackers and do the same

Defender needs to play with space in their back, the are positioned on the box line

Attacking:
- Cross, hold an speed up to confuse defenders
- Get your position for the goal

Defending:
- Attack the ball
- Challenge the attackers
