Divide the players in two teams, each team have one goalkeeper.

- Play in a 1-4-2-3 formation
- Only allowed to score in the last zone near the goal
- Scoring from a cross is 2 points
- Scoring 10 seconds after interception is 2 points
- Play 3x 8 minutes

Attacking:
- Try to bring the wingers in the position to cross
- Be available for you teammates

Defending:
- Hold the formation
- Pressure towards the ball

Transition:
D->A: First pass forward
A->D: Closest player to the ball gives pressure
