NM1: Dribble, pass and kick form (extension warm-up)

Description
Organization:

• Player 1 dribbles quickly through the slalom and plays to player 2. The player drops the ball back to player 1 who in turn passes the ball back to player 2. Player 2 plays the ball to player 3 who drops the ball back. Player 2 plays the ball on to player 4, who dribbles to where player 1 starts, and player 2 follows his last ball
• Change variation, order, and/or distances every 3 minutes!
• Variation 2: 1 to 3, 3 to 2, 2 to 4
• Variation 2.1: 1 to 2 (back) 1 to 3, 3 to 2, 2 to 4
• Variation 3: 1 to 2, 2 to 4, 4 to 3, 3 to 2, 2 to 4
• Vary in single or double drop, order but also play with the distances
• Continuing: 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 1 (with each variant)

Coaching
Coaching:
• Ball handling (drops, dribble, speed)
• Encourage motivation because intensity and speed are extremely important
