Divide the player over the 4 start cones
- Player on top pass the ball towards the midfielder who is making him self available relative to the doll
- He controls the ball and the player who passes ball will have a run around him
- The midfielder will give a trough ball and the he dribbles towards the backline
- The striker and the midfielders are sprinting towards the box where the can finish at the goal
- If the they miss, all the players need to sprint back to their start cones, if they score they can do it like normal
