Divide the players in two teams, each team have a goalkeeper

- Play in 1-4-3-1 formation
- Only allowed to score in the last zone near the goal
- Scoring from a cross is 2 points

The corners of the pitch are cut off, this wil force the players to enter the half space and give a cross from there

Try to push players to score out of a cross

Attacking:
- Try to bring the wingers in the position to cross
- Be available for you teammates

Defending:
- Hold the formation
- Pressure towards the ball

Transition:
D->A: First pass forward
A->D: Closest player to the ball gives pressure
