Organization:
• There are four dummies in the field wearing a different color pinnie
• There are four goals around the field with a different color cone in it
• At the signal of the trainer (he calls a color), a player sprints into the box and taps the dummie wearing that color pinnie
• Just before the player touches the dummie, the trainer plays the ball in his direction.
• At that moment a defender also sprints into the field: 1v1
• The trainer calls out another color and the player must score in the goal where that color cone is located
• To add chaos: use two trainers, so also two players who simultaneously do the exercise in the same space. This is also possible with 3 trainers and 3 players
