Organization:
• 6 yellow players in possession of the ball, 2 flank players in square 1 (backs), 2 midfielders in square 2, 2 flank players in square 3 (wingers)
• In square 1, 4vs4 (blue vs red) + 1 goalkeeper and + 2 red (backs) is played, so 7v4.
• Goal of the team in possession of the ball = to get the ball into the center square
• The goal of the defending team is to conquer the ball and trying to score
• The team in ball possession has reached the red midfielders. The four players now sprint into the attacking zone
• At the same time, the 4 black players also sprint into this space to defend
• This creates an 8v4 (or 6v4 if the midfielders are not allowed to participate)

• Rules of the game:
o Offside is applied in both forms.

• Addition:
o Certain number of times the ball has to be hit by the team in possession
o The midfielders may or may not join in the attacking zone
