Organization:
• 9 players + GK against 6
• Three-quarter field
• 2 small goals
• Two squares/zones
• Set up cones as a starting point for the defenders and attackers.
Explanation:
• Each player starts at their own position
• The ball starts with the coach, who plays the ball to the goalkeeper
• The goalkeeper plays the ball to the right central defender and now we want to see the same pattern as in the previous forms, but now with resistance
• The intention is that the left central defender makes a surplus with the back and the winger who plays on the inside and that it is played out
• The surplus is partly due to the fact that blue tilts and wants to prevent the pass of the right central defender.
Objective:
• To shift the game (through the keeper) to the other side. The central defenders have to make the field big. When shifting the game, act quickly and play to the side where there is a surplus. It should be played at a fast pace on that side
