BLS11: Pressure and orientation in the spaces

Description
Organization:
• 3 players
• 3 squares
• 2 small goals

Explanation:
• All 3 players start in their own zone. When the pass has been sent, the defender immediately puts pressure on the man in the white box who receives the ball. The player in the orange box may get the ball back for a ball in the space in front of him. The defender will therefore have to put pressure on the ball and try to close the lines to the goals by quickly coming in close to it and making sure that the man in the orange box can no longer receive the ball. Or make sure, if he plays the ball deep, that the defender is at the ball first because he keeps defending between the ball and the goal.

Goal:
• Learning to play with pressure so that you are not easily played out with a drop of the ball, but also know what's happening around you. You also learn to take into account the inclusion of the man with the ball and therefore the playing options around him
