Divide the players in two teams and a neutral goalkeeper

- Attacking team starts with the ball in the corner, the play 2v2
- The two wing attackers try to give a (low) cross towards the attackers in the middle box
- After the ball if out of the box of the side they will play 4v3
- The attacking team must finish in 10 seconds

Attacking:
- Try to go as fast as possible to the middle box
- Lure the defender before you give a cross

Defending:
- Pressure to the ball
- Communicate
