Explanation:
• This is a logical continuation of drill 3312, in which you take one step further
• We now play a position game 4v2 in the bottom box
• The striker must now try to time the running action well and be free in the middle section
• The defender will defend tight, the striker cannot go forward and so the striker has to drop the ball, and then open it to the other box.
• If the ball is moved, the outer yellow players join in and the positioning game continues. A blue defender also joins
• The backs of yellow take over the positions of the wingers
