Divide the players in two teams and a neutral goalkeeper. 2 players of each team are in the corners of the pitch

- The player in the middle circle gives a high pass to the player in the corner, after he is sprinting towards the box
- The player in the corner is allowed to have two touch, 1 control and 1 cross
- If the player let the ball go out of the box the turn is over

Scores:
- Normal goal = 1 point
- Volley = 2 points
- Header = 3 points
- Ball in the stands = minus 1
