Organization:
• In the middle field there is a 7v4 position game being played
• The team with 7 players has possession of the ball. After a number of passes, they play the ball to the striker who is not covered. A player must then join in sprint speed and the 2 strikers vs a goalkeeper must be completed
• The 4 players who have no possession of the ball are the defenders. When they win the ball, they play the ball asap to the three attackers who are covered by 2 defenders. Here the 3 attackers have to try to score

• Rules of the game:
o After x number of passes, the team in possession of the ball may play the ball to the attacker in the free area
o A goal must be scored within 10 seconds after the ball is played in the attacking zone

• Addition:
o Change the numbers of players who have to join both attacking and defensive players (1 player is allowed to join instead of 2)

• Ball actions (pass, dribble, speed)
• Looking behavior, the player looks enough and well
• Immediate pressure on the player in possession of the ball
• Quick switching in both attack and defense
