Divide the players in 2 teams, both teams have a goalkeeper
- Yellow team starts with the ball, 2 players next to their own goal and 1 player from the side come inside the pitch
- Play 3v3 against the blue team, teams are only allowed to score in the last 10m zone
- The attacking team have just 10 seconds to score, after 10 seconds, the blue defender go out
- The blue players next to the goal go inside and play 3v3
- Score from a cross is 2 points
Players swap position after every action; Player right next to the goal go to the left, the left player will move to the side and the player on the side will come at the right side of the goal
